This high-energy choreography intensive is not for the faint of heart. Fusing the sensuality of burlesque with the sharp attitude of hip hop, this class will focus on isolations, footwork, and of course…THE BOOTY! Class begins with a warm up and stretch and moves into a combination of popping your favorite asset. Learn coveted moves such as the Booty Chaser and the Slow Wine! Drop it like it’s hot and pick it back up again! Some dance experience is recommended.
***Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing in which you can easily move. Booty shorts and knee pads recommended. Bring a water bottle.

By popular demand! This 8 week class series is designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your body while unleashing your individual sensuality and feminine* prowess. Learn a series of seductive and flirtatious movements that will not only tap into your inner femme fatale, but provide a fun alternative to your average dance or gym class. Each week begins with a soft warm-up created to stretch and relax, and continues with combinations blending burlesque, cardio, and gogo. The entire 8 week series is recommended as combinations will be added to and repeated each week. Whether you’re looking to accentuate your curves, boost your booty, or gain stamina and confidence this series has something for everyone.
What to Bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, non-scuff sneakers or dance shoes, wear form fitting clothes that you can comfortably move in.
*This class is open to all female-identifying participants including all cis, trans, and feminine-of-center students.
